Greetings from the Conslate General of India in Johannesburg.
The Department of Heavy Industry, Ministry of Heavy Industry & Public Enterprises, Government of India, the State Government is developing an exclusive Integrated Machine Tool Park (IMTP) in 529 acres of land at Tumakuru. This would be an integral part of Government of India supported by the Tumakuru Industrial Node on the Chennai-Bengaluru Industrial Corridor and it is located about 90 kms from Begaluru and Bengaluru International Airport.
2. The park is expected to be ready by March, 2019 where 158 industrial plots of various dimension have been formed in this park.
3. The Consulate General of India in Johannesburg invites participation/investors of foreign companies engaged in manufacturing of machine tools to set up their units in this park. Besides this, the common amenities, attractive incentives and concessions are available to the Machine Tools investors as per the State Industrial Policy 2014-19.
