OPEN HOUSE TO ADDRESS COMPLAINTS/GRIEVANCES RELATING TO INDIAN PASSPORTS, VISA, OCI AND OTHER CONSULAR SERVICES
The Consulate General of India, Johannesburg will hold an “Open House” every month starting from September 2018 to address the grievances of the people on issues related to visas, passports, OCI cards and other Consular services. The same will be held from 4 PM to 5 PM on the last Friday of every month w.e.f. September 2018 at the Consulate (1, Eton Road, Parktown,Johannesburg). If this day happens to fall on a holiday, the Open House will be held on the first working day thereafter.
Complaints and grievances pertaining to grant of visas, passports, OCI cards and Consular Services will be attended to in the “Open House”. Applicants may come in person and bring all relevant documents including fee receipt, if consular fee has been paid. It would be helpful if you could register at least one day in advance for each Open House session by sending e-mail to email@example.com.
